The Nyack Climate Smart Committee, first established in 2013, organizes and implements the Village’s agenda for climate action. The committee include staff and community members who meet on the first Tuesday of the month.

Working Groups address four focus areas: Transportation, Energy & the Built Environment, Waste, and Natural Resources.
