Water Rates

Dear Customers,
The Village of Nyack Water Department is a self-supporting public benefit department dedicated to providing safe, clean, and fully regulated drinking water to our community. To continue complying with the ongoing Federal PFAS Standards and to enhance overall system performance, the Department will continue system-wide main improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
To support these necessary upgrades and mandates, quarterly water rates will increase beginning January 2026. These adjustments are essential to maintain the quality, reliability, and long-term sustainability of our drinking water system.
To ensure accurate billing, please make sure that your water meter is easily accessible for our meter reader. If a meter reading card is left at your property kindly complete and return it promptly.

The Village of Nyack Water Department is a self-supporting, public benefit department. At this time, a rate increase is necessary due to extensive system-wide water main improvements, valve replacement projects, and anticipated expenses to comply with new Federal Standards related to mandatory PFAS rectification.
Effective with January 2025 billings, the new rates will be as shown below:
