Resolution No. 2023-178 - Resolution of the Nyack Village Board of Trustees Approving a Permit Application for an Event in Memorial Park by Penguin Plunge.  RESOLVED that the Nyack Village Board of Trustees approves an application for Park Use by Barbara Noyes of the Penguin Plunge for a charitable event at the old boat launch and the gazebo in Memorial Park, 12 noon – 2 PM on Sunday, March 3, 2024, subject to the submission of the appropriate insurance certificate.
