RESOLVED that the Nyack Village Board of Trustees approves an application for Park Use by Barbara Noyes of the Penguin Plunge for a charitable event at the old boat launch and the gazebo in Memorial Park, 12 noon – 2 PM on Sunday, March 2, 2025, subject to the submission of the appropriate insurance certificate.
