NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on April 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM, on the preliminary  FY 20256-2026 Annual Budget.          

            At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.
