NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on May 22, 2025, at 8:05 PM, to consider amending Village Code §330-50(B) of Article VII (Parking, Standing, and Stopping) so as to exempt the Artopee Way Municipal Parking Lot and Electric Vehicle Charging Spaces from the prohibition on all-night parking.

            At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.

The full text of the Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
