NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on Thursday, June 26, 2024, at 8:00 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will add a new subparagraph 21, to erect and maintain a stop sign at the intersection of Burd Street and River Street.

At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.

The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
