VILLAGE OF NYACK

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on October 9, 2025, at 8:05 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will (as briefly summarized) change the date of the Village Board of Trustee’s annual meeting to the first Monday in December of each year.

     At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.

     The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
