VILLAGE OF NYACK

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on October 9, 2025, at 8:10 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will (as briefly summarized) add an exception (exemption), from the prohibition of gasoline-powered leaf blowers, for very large lot size properties only during certain times of the year, days of the weeks and hours of the day.

     At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same.

     The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
