NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing has been scheduled and will be held before the Village Board of Trustees (“Village Board”) of the Village of Nyack (“Village”), at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on August 27, 2026, at 7:30 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will amend Article III (Parks and Recreation areas), of Chapter 250 (Parks and Recreation), of the code of the Village of Nyack, so as to prohibit the operation of all types of motor vehicles, such as cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, motorized scooters, e-bikes, ATVs and UTVs, in memorial park. At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same. The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
