The Village of Nyack offices are closed with only essential personnel working in Village Hall. Village Departments are available by phone or email, and will respond same day. Rockland County & NYS has declared a State of Emergency and the Governor has asked all bars, gyms, restaurants, and businesses where larger groups congregate to close their doors to slow the spread of the virus.
We understand the devastating effects on our community; however, we must rise to the challenge to do our part to stop the virus and once these restrictions are lifted, we will rally to revive our community. Stay Strong Nyack.
The Village of Nyack has suspended late fees on water bills. Parking fees are suspended and all parking safety regulations remain in effect. Text NEW YORK to 81336 for updates from the Governor's Office. Land Use Board meetings and Public Hearings will be postponed until such time as public safety concerns have been satisfied.
