🌟 Volunteer Opportunity: Village Planning Board Member 🌟

The Village of Nyack is looking for residents who want to get involved and make a difference by serving as a volunteer member of the Planning Board! 🏘️✨

The Planning Board plays a key role in shaping Nyack’s future by reviewing site plans and subdivision applications, and by making recommendations to the Village Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. Because the Board makes binding decisions, regular meeting attendance is essential.

This is a meaningful opportunity to give back, have your voice heard, and help guide thoughtful growth in our village. 

Qualifications:
✔️ Must be a resident of the Village of Nyack
✔️ Interest in planning, land use, architecture, environmental issues, or community development encouraged 🌱
✔️ Experience in legal, engineering, architecture, or environmental fields is helpful—but not required.

Time Commitment:
🗓️ Meets the first Monday of each month
🕖 7:00 PM at Village Hall
📆 Five-year term
