🚧 Village of Nyack Sidewalk Project Alert - As of December 2025, the contractor had to stop work due to the cold weather and will be back in the Spring 2026 to finish the work. 

Affected Streets:

• Marion St (between First & Third)
• Third Ave (between Franklin St & Broadway, south side)
• First Ave (between Franklin St & Broadway)
• Franklin St (between First Ave & High Ave)
• Jefferson St (between First Ave & Third Ave)

 🛑 Work area limit: Cannot extend past the south side of Third Ave between Franklin & Broadway.
