NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting will be held by the Nyack Village Board, at 9 North Broadway, Nyack, New York, on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, to award a contract for the Memorial Park Shoreline Pathway Project.
